RECLAMACIONS<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<p>MARESBROKER disposa dels mecanismes necessaris per atendre i resoldre les queixes i les reclamacions que presentin els seus clients, de conformitat amb la normativa aplicable en mat\u00e8ria de transpar\u00e8ncia i protecci\u00f3 del client de serveis financers.<\/p>\n<p>Abans de presentar formalment la vostra queixa o reclamaci\u00f3, contacteu primer amb nosaltres a trav\u00e9s de la vostra oficina o de la vostra persona de contacte habitual i ens ocuparem de tractar i resoldre el problema.<\/p>\n<p>Si considereu que no s&#8217;ha satisfet la vostra demanda, podeu adre\u00e7ar-vos per escrit al nostre Servei d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 al Client, presentant la vostra queixa a d&#8217;un mes (1) en el cas que el reclamant tingui la consideraci\u00f3 de consumidor i de dos (2) mesos en la resta de casos, a partir de la data de presentaci\u00f3 de la queixa o reclamaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de disconformitat amb el pronunciament del Servei d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 al Client o si, transcorregut el termini m\u00e0xim des de la presentaci\u00f3 de la vostra queixa o reclamaci\u00f3, no se n&#8217;ha resolt la petici\u00f3, us podreu adre\u00e7ar a la <strong>Direcci\u00f3 General d&#8217;Assegurances i Fons de Pensions<\/strong> (en endavant, DGSFP) per:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Via telem\u00e0tica a la DGSFP.<\/li>\n<li>Correu postal: Paseo de la Castellana, n\u00fam. 44, 28046 de Madrid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, teniu a la vostra disposici\u00f3 l&#8217;adre\u00e7a electr\u00f2nica seg\u00fcent per resoldre qualsevol incid\u00e8ncia en la presentaci\u00f3 telem\u00e0tica:<br \/>\n<a
